What is an Independent Contracted Call Center Agent?
As a partner with our virtual call center (Independent Business Owner), we contract with you to provide services to some of the top Fortune 5oo companies in the world of business. Because you are an independent contractor, you are in control of your business, right from the comfort of your own home. How cool is that!
What type of industry and work will I be doing?
As an independent call center agent, you will have the opportunity to service industries such as: Retail, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Cruise Line, Financial Services, Automotive Industry, and so much more.
How many hours per week can I work?
The wonderful thing about being an independent contracted customer service agent, is that you can work as little or as much as you would like, as long as you commit to at least 15 hours per week. You have complete control over setting your own hours and schedule. You also have the option to service more than one client, so if you decide that you want additional hours, that option is available. Once your background check and your assessments are completed, you will receive information on how to enroll in the certification class.
Who will teach me how to service for the client that I have selected?
We are here to help you connect to some of the best certification courses to help you provide services to a client that you have selected. You will receive class instructions, call taking time, and learning in depth about the client you haven chosen to service.
Are there any states that we are unable to accept agents to partner with?
We are unable to partner with independent contractor call center agents in the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Chicago, and Wisconsin.
